Rent is paid according to an installment plan. The first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent. We encourage residents to enroll in Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payments for hassle free payments. Residents may remit your payment through the Resident Portal (fees may apply) or through the leasing office by personal check, money order, or cashier check. Cash is not accepted.
When you fill out your application, include the name in the designated spot and we’ll do our best to place you together as we are finalizing placements.
No worries! When you fill out your application you will complete a questionnaire about your lifestyle and preferences. If you need to be matched with a roommate, we’ll use this information to find roommates with similar interests. We take roommate matching very seriously and spend a lot of time making sure we find the right fit.

Yes, we do have limited on-site reserved parking at a fee.
It does not cover your personal belongings in the event of a fire, flood, theft or natural disaster. We suggest Renter’s Insurance for this reason. If a resident has not provided proof of insurance with $100,000 liability coverage, they will automatically be enrolled in our Tenant Limited Liability Program and charged a monthly fee to cover this cost for the liability coverage requirement.
The fixed term leases are binding and cannot be terminated. If you cannot live at your apartment after signing your lease, you will need to relet. Please call the leasing office for information with the relet process.
If you need maintenance, simply access the Resident Portal for your apartment community and fill out a maintenance request.
Each apartment includes a furnished living area with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, (4) bar stools and a 50″ TV. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and each unit include a laundry area with full size washer & dryer. Bedrooms are equipped with a full size bed, desk, desk chair, (2) drawer stackable dresser, Armoire, and a bedside table.
